About Romance Book World

Romance Book World is an independent registry of romance book events and the authors attending them: signings, conventions, tour stops, and reader meetups, tracked in one place so nothing sells out before you hear about it. Right now the registry tracks 168 events (77 upcoming), 379 author profiles, and 1791 books.

Where the data comes from

Every event is compiled from publicly available sources: organizer and venue pages, author websites and newsletters, and official ticketing listings. Each event page names its source and links to it, and every listing shows when it was last synced (the dataset was last updated 8/6/2026). We are not sponsored or endorsed by any author, publisher, or venue named on the site, and we never sell tickets ourselves: the ticket links go to the organizer.

What to double-check

Dates, venues, lineups, and ticket availability change at the organizer's whim, and a registry is only as current as its last sync. Before booking travel, confirm the details on the organizer's official page (linked from every event listing here).

Author photos and licensing

Author photos are real, licensed images with attribution listed on the credits page. Authors without a confirmed licensed photo appear with a book cover or a styled placeholder, never a wrong or unverified photo.

Fix or add a listing

Spotted a wrong date, a missing event, or want your author profile updated? Use the update form or email [email protected]. Corrections and removal requests are handled the same way.
